Visible IPAC Leadership and the First 90 Days

Build the visibility, credibility, and structure you need to lead an IPAC program. Learn how to clarify your role, influence practice, and establish priorities for your first 30 to 90 days.
Included in the IPAC Lead Leadership Program for Long-Term Care.

Course Description

Knowing the correct IPAC practice is only one part of leading a program. Staff also need clear expectations, accessible support, consistent follow-up, and leadership that connects daily observations with program priorities.

This course helps you strengthen your presence as an IPAC Lead through structured rounding, practical coaching, stakeholder relationships, and clear accountability. You will explore how to lead without formal authority and develop a realistic approach to your first 30 days and first 90 days. Quality improvement and performance management concepts connect those early actions to a more reliable IPAC program.

Recommended prior knowledge: No formal prerequisite is required.
