International College of Infection Control Professionals Inc. (“ICICP”, “the College”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

  • enrol in a program (vocational or non‑vocational),

“Personal information” generally means information about an identifiable individual, such as name, contact details, date of birth, identification numbers, and education records. It may also include online identifiers like IP address when linked to an identifiable person.

  • nationality and status in Canada (where applicable to admissions/enrolment)
B. Admissions, enrolment, and student records
  • program selection, start dates, delivery mode (in‑person/hybrid/online)
  • admission requirement documentation (e.g., education history, language proficiency where applicable)
  • student number/ID (internal)
  • attendance and participation records
  • evaluations, grades, credential records, completion status
  • complaints or conduct records (where applicable)

C. Financial and payment information
  • payment status, invoices, receipts
  • limited payment data required to process transactions
    (Note: we do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our systems if payment is processed by a third‑party processor.)

E. Communications
  • inquiry forms, emails, call notes, messages, feedback, and support requests.

  • invoicing, processing payments, refunds (as applicable), and accounting

E. Compliance and regulatory obligations

For vocational programs, we may be required to collect and/or disclose certain information to meet obligations under Ontario’s career college framework (including the student protections described in your enrolment documentation, such as student complaint processes and performance reporting).
For non‑vocational programs, we use information primarily for delivery, administration, and customer support, and as required by applicable law.
